Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments made on Donor–Network ApS's online store ("our Website").

1. Payment Methods

We accept payments exclusively through Shopify Payments.

2. Currency

All transactions on our Website are processed in Euros (€).

3. Processing Time

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, we will process your order within 1-2 business days.

4. Additional Fees

There are no additional fees for processing payments on our Website. However, please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may charge you a foreign transaction fee if you are making a payment from outside the Eurozone.

5. Failed or Cancelled Payments

In case of a failed payment, our system will automatically attempt to process the payment again. If the payment fails a second time, you will be notified and asked to provide an alternate payment method. In the event of payment cancellation, please refer to our refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

When purchasing donor gametes, due to the nature of the product, you do not have a right of cancellation as the product and the shipment process are not suitable for return.

For storage services purchases, you may cancel within 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement. After the cancellation period, fully paid units may be refunded as follows:

• Cancelation within 14 days: 100% of purchase price
• Repurchase within 14 days to 36 months: 75% of purchase price
• Repurchase within 36 to 48 months: 50% of purchase price
• Repurchase within 48 to 60 months: 25% of purchase price
• After 60 months no repurchase.

No cost of storage will be refunded in relation to repurchasing.
