To ensure payment is processed accordingly, we encourage you to place your order at least 10 business days before the sperm straws are required. At Doner-Network, we pride ourselves on the efficiency of our shipping process, with deliveries Monday through Friday.
In Europe, shipments typically reach fertility clinics within 1-2 working days. For destinations outside of Europe, allow for a delivery window of 3-5 working days. Please be aware that for UK orders, the importing process may extend this timeframe.
For international shipments outside of Europe, customs processes and transit times can extend delivery times to over one week. If you need expedited delivery, don't hesitate to reach out – we'll do our best to meet your needs.

Each sperm unit is frozen and sealed securely in a straw designed for safe cryo-storage in nitrogen vapour. To guarantee their safety, all straws are shipped in 'dry shippers' that provide stable storage conditions regardless of distance travelled.
